Health Retreat. It is a place where people come to
lose weight, overcome bad habits, and generally
improve their health. It involves eating lots of
fresh fruits and vegetables and other natural
foods, exercise, and letting go of stress. Some of
my guests elect to undergo therapeutic fasting for
part of the time they are here, to initiate weight
loss, to detoxify, and to rest their digestive
systems, and it is not as difficult as you might
think.
