Surrounding the 18th century family farmhouse, home
to the third and fourth generations of the Marek
family, are our certified organic fields producing
over 150 varieties of vegetables during the growing
season. In addition to an abundant selection of
organic produce is our complete natural food market
open year round. Our greenhouses offer something
for everyone; from the beginner to the most
experienced gardener. The shelves are stocked with
organic environmentally friendly lawn and garden
products..

From our beginning on 4 1/2 acres we have evolved
to our current size of 153 acres, all certified
organic. We have expanded our vegetable production
from the traditional "kitchen garden," which
remains as one of our fields, to over 12 acres
today, that serve our CSA membership producing over
200 varieties of vegetables, herbs and fruit.

Brunswick, NJ. The Cook Student Organic Farm is the
nation's largest organic farm managed by university
students. The farm, located on the G. H. Cook
campus of Rutgers University, was founded in 1993,
and now has five acres under cultivation. Each week
during our growing season we provide locally grown,
fresh organic produce for the shareholders
participating in our Community Supported
Agriculture (CSA) program.
