The Naturist UK Fact File - An online guide to all aspects of naturism, nudism and clothing-optional recreation in Britain. NUFF is produced on a voluntary basis by naturists for the naturist community. Their website features the Naturist Beach Guide - This guide lists the better known beaches in the British Isles where you can swim and sunbathe without clothes - although naturism is practised at many other secluded spots. Unless stated otherwise the beaches below are 'tolerated' and not 'official' - therefore go naked with discretion and at your own risk.

After studying in Bombay University, he graduated from the Edinburgh College of Natural Therapeutics and the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy. He has been in private practice since 1952; co-founder and president of the British National Hygiene Society and ex-president of the International Association of Professional Natural Hygienists (now IAHP), and on the advisory board of the International Natural Hygiene Society. Dr. Sidhwa has helped over 25,000 people to overcome their ailments by fasting and following a Hygienic life style. He is the Editor of the magazine The Hygienist, the oldest Natural Hygiene magazine in existence - that will celebrate 45 years in 2004. He has authored six books. Note that Shalimar Health Home, Dr. Sidhwa's health retreat, closed in 2004, and that Dr. Sidhwa is retired. But he still offers telephone and office consultations.
